Face to Face Individual S&C
What do these include?
Through individual coaching, we can work with you in a range of different ways, from injury prevention strategies to general pre-season training to specific competition preparation. These sessions include a tailor made programme delivered one on one by one of our coaches best suited to you.
How does it work?
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions sessions will be conducted at appropriate social distancing and any equipment used will be thoroughly sanitised before and after use by your coach.
When and where?
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions we cannot currently use our usual indoor facilities. Therefore, these sessions will take place in a suitable outdoor space agreed between you and your coach.
