Through individual coaching, we can work with you in a range of different ways, from injury prevention strategies to general pre-season training to specific competition preparation. These sessions include a tailor made programme delivered one on one by one of our coaches best suited to you.
How does it work?
Sessions will be conducted online. Your coach will remote in and use video software to adjust, correct and guide you through your tailor made programme.
When and where?
Sessions will take place via Zoom or a similar medium.
