January Core Workout Infographic

Was one of your New Year's resolutions to get fit, but you're not sure where to start? We've put together a Core Workout for you to try out! You can do this in the gym or at home - if you don't have a medicine ball or weight for the Russian Twists just do the movement with no weight. The resistance band for the Side Plank Clams is also optional, though it will get those muscles working extra hard!

If you're unsure of the movements, follow our videos on our Instagram here. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, then take a 1 minute break before doing the next round. Do five rounds in total!
